Amit holds a Banking & International Finance degree from Cass Business School in London (UK). In his early career, he worked in investment banking and private equity in London before founding and scaling a payment technology business, which he later sold to a US competitor. For the past eleven years, Amit has served as CFO for several leading private equity-backed high-growth SaaS companies, overseeing the entire business lifecycle, from start-up to growth equity fundraising to strategic and financial sponsor exits. Amit joined CluePoints in February 2023 as CFO.
