Andy Cooper
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Andy holds a Pharmacology degree from the University of Leeds (UK), where his final year focused on data mining the human genome for undiscovered inwardly rectifying potassium channels. This sparked Andy’s passion for using software to tackle data challenges in drug development. For over twenty years, Andy has worked at software companies, delivering solutions that support global Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, and Pharmacovigilance processes. Andy joined CluePoints in December 2022 and serves as CEO.

François Torche
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
François holds an MBA from the ICHEC School of Management (EU). Throughout his pharmaceutical career, François has worked as a Statistical Programmer, SAS and JAVA Developer, and IT Project Leader at companies like GSK, UCB, and IDDI. During his ten years at IDDI as an IT Specialist, he contributed to developing the SMART™ engine, a patent-pending software solution. François co-founded CluePoints in 2012 and served as CEO until December 2022. He now holds the position of CPTO.

Patrick Hughes
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Patrick holds a Marketing degree from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK) and a postgraduate B2B Marketing Strategy degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (USA). With over twenty-five years of international commercial experience in life sciences, healthcare, and telecommunications, Patrick has led global sales, product, marketing, professional services, and technical teams. He has also consulted on corporate and commercial strategy for various life sciences companies. During his ten-year tenure at ClinPhone, Patrick successfully positioned the company as the leading Clinical Technology Organization. Patrick co-founded CluePoints in 2012 and continues to serve as CCO.

Steve Young
CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER
Steve holds an MS in Mathematics from Villanova University (USA). Steve has fifteen years of experience in clinical data leadership roles at three biopharmaceutical companies, successfully implementing EDC at J&J and Centocor. He then spent six years with eClinical solution providers Medidata and OmniComm, where he developed analytics and RBQM solutions and provided consultation to numerous organizations. Additionally, Steve led a pivotal RBM-related analysis in collaboration with TransCelerate and is currently spearheading RBQM best-practice initiatives for several industry RBM consortiums. As CluePoints’ CSO, Steve oversees the R&D of advanced methods for data analytics, surveillance, and risk management while guiding customers in RBQM methodology and best practices.

Holly Gratkowski
CHIEF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OFFICER
Holly holds a PhD, MS, and BA in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania (USA). She spent nearly a decade at Signant Health (formerly Bracket), focusing on leading operational teams and overseeing strategic account delivery. She also held roles at Amicus Therapeutics and IBM Global Business Services in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Holly is passionate about coaching and developing high-performing teams, particularly in clinical development and data management. She leads CluePoints’ Operational Team, delivering solutions to our Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and CRO clients.

Amit Patel
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Amit holds a Banking & International Finance degree from Cass Business School in London (UK). In his early career, he worked in investment banking and private equity in London before founding and scaling a payment technology business, which he later sold to a US competitor. For the past eleven years, Amit has served as CFO for several leading private equity-backed high-growth SaaS companies, overseeing the entire business lifecycle, from start-up to growth equity fundraising to strategic and financial sponsor exits. Amit joined CluePoints in February 2023 as CFO.

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Céline holds a Work & Social Psychology degree from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (EU). With twenty years of experience in Human Resources Management, Céline is deeply passionate about supporting leadership teams in creating a work environment and company culture that inspire and empower people to achieve their full potential and drive overall success. Céline holds the position of Chief People Officer at CluePoints.

Marc Buyse
CO-FOUNDER
Marc holds degrees from Brussels University (EU) and Cranfield University (UK) and a ScD in Biostatistics from the Harvard School of Public Health (USA). Before founding IDDI in 1991, he worked at EORTC in Brussels and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Marc co-founded CluePoints in 2012 and continues to serve as an Associate Professor of Biostatistics at Limburgs Universitair Centrum (EU).
